Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville is seeking a pulmonologist to join its growing pulmonary practice. The team includes three physicians with opportunities to incorporate Sleep Medicine if desired, supported by a strong referral network and hospital resources.

The position offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with a shared call of one week per month, inpatient consults, rounding, and a balanced outpatient workload.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Sleep Medicine candidates must be Fellowship-trained and board-certified/eligible.
• Join a collaborative team of three physicians with complementary expertise.
• Traditional Monday–Friday schedule with a shared call of one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient pulmonary consults and hospital rounding.
• Maintain a reduced outpatient schedule during call weeks.
• Collaborate with sleep medicine when applicable.
