Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join the Pulmonary Medicine team within Banner Medical Group. The role supports outpatient pulmonary care, performing assessments, exams and coordinating care for patients with pulmonary conditions.

Ideal candidates hold an Arizona NP license with DEA and have 1 year of experience in a clinical setting; new grads with RN ICU/OP background may be considered. Banner offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Arizona license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• One year of experience preferred; Family NP or Acute Care NP; New Grads Considered - RN experience ICU or OP
• 36 hours of clinic. 4 hours over the week for administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and physical exams
• Help manage both new and established patients with pulmonary conditions
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists
• Focus on outpatient care in the growing Phoenix area
