Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, usually under the direction of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with established plans. The Pulmonary unit 4100/4200 at Unity Hospital supports ventilated patients, telemetry monitoring, and high-acuity respiratory care.

Responsibilities include patient care & service, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring exam rooms are stocked.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current NY LPN licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
