Job summary

The Staff Pad, in Helena, Montana, is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a Pulmonary Function Therapist dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role you will perform Pulmonary Function Testing with a strong focus on precision and patient experience.

This full-time, 0.9 FTE position offers opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team, uphold quality standards, and contribute to safety and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of pulmonary function testing experience with quality control.
• BLS certification preferred or able to obtain within 6 months.
• CRT or RRT credential through NBRC.
• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Registered Pulmonary Therapist preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pulmonary function testing with emphasis on accuracy and patient care.
• Maintain and uphold quality control standards and department protocols.
• Support and communicate with patients and families with empathy, especially during stressful situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Accurately document patient information using electronic health systems.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety, excellence, and compassionate service.
