Concord Hospital is seeking a Medical Technician to perform all testing in the Pulmonary Function Laboratory, including flow volume loops, DLCO, lung volumes, and ABG analysis, under supervision of the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Institute and Specialty Practices.

You will calibrate and maintain instruments, handle quality control, record patient demographics, manage supplies, and ensure ATS standards compliance while supporting annual performance goals and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Performs testing in accordance with ATS standards.
• Experience preferred but training offered to-qualified candidates.
• Maintains instrument calibration and daily quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all testing in accordance with ATS standards.
• Performs all bronchodilator studies in accordance to policy.
• Calibrates and maintains instrument daily, or as required, prior to the start of patient testing.
• Records patient's demographic information accurately.
• Performs monthly bio-calibrations.
• Keeps adequate inventory of drugs and supplies.
• Reviews and corrects all orders.
• Establishes performance goals annually.
