Saint Joseph Hospital in Elgin, IL is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care physician to deliver high-acuity inpatient critical care and comprehensive pulmonary services within Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group.

Join a physician-led team at a 184-bed Level II Trauma Center serving the Fox River Valley community with opportunities in bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, intubations, and chest tube insertions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship.
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient, inpatient, and critical care settings.
• Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Eligibility for Illinois medical licensure.

• Inpatient ICU care: Manage critically ill patients, handle mechanical ventilators, and direct emergency interventions.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000 - $375,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
