Healthcare United in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group delivering comprehensive pulmonary medicine services, including interventional procedures, allergy/immunology, and sleep medicine.

The role offers a flexible, balanced schedule with outpatient and critical care weeks, no in-person night calls, an open ICU with strong support, and a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 5 APPs,

Qualifications

BE/BC in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine.
Flexible, team-oriented practice environment.
Strong communication and collaboration with support staff and referring physicians.
Competitive salary with RVU-based incentives.

Responsibilities

Follow a 2 weeks outpatient / 1 week critical care schedule.
Work 3 weeks per month, with the option to work the fourth week off.
Provide telephone call-only coverage—no in-person night calls.
Open ICU setting with full APP and physician support.
Join a team of 4 physicians and 5 APPs.
