Overview

District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a 450+ physician not-for-profit multispecialty faculty practice group, contracts to provide clinical, administrative and teaching services to Valleywise Health System, a 550-bed health system with a Level I Trauma Center, a Level I Burn Center and a Level III OB Unit, and 11 Family Health Centers. DMG is seeking a BC/BE pulmonologist/intensivist to join the Department of Medicine at DMG.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of pulmonologist/intensivist practice.
• Teach opportunities with Pulm/CC fellows, internal medicine residents and medical students.
• Administrative time and opportunities for research available.

Affiliations and Teaching Appointments

DMG is an affiliated academic partner for the Creighton University School of Medicine Academic Alliance with MIHS and Dignity/St. Joseph’s Medical Center, as well as with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale. Faculty appointments to each medical school are available commensurate with qualifications.
