Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to join our inpatient team as a Nocturnist at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Round Rock, Texas.

This employed position offers a dedicated overnight role with a 7-on / 7-off schedule, inpatient ICU coverage, and strong institutional support within a large Texas health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
• Texas medical license or eligibility by start date.
• Experience in inpatient ICU preferred.
• Commitment to overnight nocturnist coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight intensivist coverage in a busy ICU.
• Manage medical, surgical, neuro and cardiac ICU patients.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary inpatient team.
• Support 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule.
