Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms, supplies and instruments.
• Greet patients and prepare them for physician visit.
• Record patient vital signs and enter data in chart.
• Assist with EKG, PFT, Audiometry and other tests as directed.
• Maintain patient records and assist with billing procedures as needed.
• Use computer software to manage office systems.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
