Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician for a full-time, permanent opportunity in central Pennsylvania near Hollidaysburg. The role combines pulmonary clinic work with ICU coverage and a bronchoscopy suite that supports routine bronchoscopy, robotic bronchoscopy, and EBUS.

New graduates are welcome to apply. A possible option for 0.75 FTE may be available, with a competitive compensation package including incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Completion of pulmonary and critical care fellowship training.
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Bronchoscopy skills appropriate to training and experience.
• No visa sponsorship at this time.
• Strong communication and collaborative, patient-centered care skills.
• Relocation assistance and commencement bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for general and advanced pulmonary disorders and ICU patients.
• Manage ICU rotations and combined pulmonary practice.
• Perform bronchoscopy, robotic bronchoscopy, and EBUS as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team with 24/7 in-house intensivist/APP support.
• Offer 0.75 FTE option and consistent in-house coverage.
