Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, and asthma.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver and evaluate patient care, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-approved nursing school
• Current RN licensure
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or equivalent
• Additional certifications may be required based on role

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensure care aligns with organizational standards
• Assess patient needs and administer treatments
• Educate patients and families about care plans
• Contribute to providing high-quality patient care
