Job summary

Lovelace Medical Group-Pulmonology is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established practice in Albuquerque, NM. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, in an outpatient setting on the Lovelace Medical Center campus, with an expected patient load of 18 per day.

See and document efficiently using Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to reduce administrative burden and improve workflow, coding accuracy, and work-life

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current NM NP/PA license or ability to obtain.
• ACLS & BLS certification.
• Smoking cessation certification within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pulmonary care for an established practice.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
• Join a team of physicians in an outpatient clinic on Lovelace Medical Center campus.
• Manage patient load with a goal of 18 patients per day.

Lovelace Medical Group-Pulmonology is searching for a Full-Time Outpatient Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an employed, established practice in Albuquerque, NM.

About your Work:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Outpatient-only opportunity
• Joining 6 physicians
• Outpatient Clinic located on campus of Lovelace Medical Center
• Expected Patient Load: 18 per day
• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Position Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA Program
• Current or ability to obtain New Mexico NP/PA license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & (BLS) certification
• Smoking cessation certification to be completed within the first year of employment

Preferred Requirements:

• Asthma Educators Certification or Smoking Cessation Certification
• Prior Outpatient clinic experience
