Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking personnel to manage pullet movement, conduct field vaccinations, and oversee hen productivity on the farm in Georgia. The role includes inspecting farms for contract compliance and advising growers on development programs to improve poultry quality.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, coordinating pullet movement, weighing and handling birds, tracking productivity, and possibly collecting eggs and monitoring hatchability.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
