Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support Puerto Rico electric system projects, including aerial and underground installations. The role collaborates with engineers, contractors, and field crews to plan, coordinate, and execute projects responsibly and safely.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, at least 3 years in PR’s electric infrastructure, and bilingual English/Spanish. Applicants must reside in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within Puerto Rico’s electric infrastructure.
• Must be currently residing in Puerto Rico.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all phases of electric utility construction projects.
• Support the installation and replacement of underground and overhead electric cables and poles.
• Help manage transformer installations and electric line maintenance activities.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between engineers, contractors, and field crews.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and assist in resolving on-site issues.
