SHI International Corp. is seeking a District Sales Manager in the United States (Missouri eligible states). You will lead a professional sales team, drive pipeline growth, and own top customer relationships in your district.
Travel up to 50% and strategic sales execution are required. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, implement sales motions, and partner with Marketing to elevate brand awareness.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales activities within a defined district, focusing on meeting sales targets and driving exponential territory growth. This role involves building and leading a professional sales team, executing sales strategies, developing strong partner relationships, and engaging internal resources to enhance brand awareness. Additionally, the District Sales Manager oversees pipeline management, delivers effective sales presentations, and maintains ownership of top customer relationships in the territory. Must reside in one of the following states: Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Wisconsin, and be willing to travel up to 50% as required.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 which includes a base salary and commissions.
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of management experience preferred 3+ years of technology sales experience required Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction Experience working with C-Level executives Must reside in one of the following states: Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Wisconsin, and be willing to travel up to 50% as required.
