Job summary

Paramount Games, a Skydance Corporation, seeks a seasoned QA Manager to build our publishing QA function from the ground up. The role will source and manage external testers and own the QA process end‑to‑end from early builds to launch.

This will be a 6 month project hire with potential extension or conversion to staff, and responsibilities include setting QA strategy, triaging defects, and reporting status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior QA role across full production lifecycle.
• Direct experience leading a testing team with strong people skills.
• Familiar with QA tooling and cross-functional collaboration in games.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of external QA testers and define QA strategy.
• Coordinate with producers and platform holders on testing priorities.
• Develop test plans, test case libraries, and coverage across platforms.
• Triage bugs with development teams and ensure timely fixes.
• Maintain audit-ready QA documentation and certification records.
• Report testing status and risks to stakeholders with recommendations.
