Job summary

knk is a leading ERP software provider delivering Microsoft certified publishing solutions to major publishers across North America, Europe, and Asia. We seek a Project Manager to lead ERP/CRM implementations, coordinating with stakeholders, developers, and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

You will plan resource deployment, monitor progress, manage change requests, and serve as the primary customer contact.

Qualifications

4+ years of project management in large software implementations or custom development.
PM certifications preferred but not required.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Project planning, including task management, dependencies, and resource planning with the customer.
Monitor progress, budget, schedule; ensure targets met and budget adherence.
Manage change requests and risks to ensure timely delivery.
Create detailed project plans, budgets, and process documentation.
Balance complex schedules and priorities.
Report status to stakeholders.
Support proposals and contracts with sales teams.
Identify and manage risks; escalate as needed.
Draft and retain project documents for team access.
Maintain SharePoint and file management for collaboration.
Review time entries for proper service descriptions.
Invoicing and budget-to-actual reporting.
Prepare weekly/monthly budget status reports; assist forecasting.
Coordinate handover from sales; kickoff with customer.
Monitor contract compliance with customers.
Plan and moderate steering meetings.
