Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in publishing, media, or related industry
• Demonstrated success in both print and digital media environments
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and revenue models
• Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful community relationships
• Deep appreciation for the role and impact of local journalism
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Publisher / Market President
Lee Enterprises, a leading media company operating across 25 states, is seeking dynamic, growth-focused Publishers/Market Presidents to lead local markets. This role is responsible for driving the overall strategy and performance of local operations, including advertising sales, editorial direction, digital growth, community engagement, and financial results.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a track record of success in both traditional and digital media environments, and a strong passion for supporting and advancing local journalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue, audience, and market presence
