Qualifications

• . Must have high school diploma or GED.
• . At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• . Licenses within one year: Master Plumber, Backflow, or Journeyman; valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair plumbing systems incl. pipes, fixtures, sinks, and drains.
• Troubleshoot outdoor plumbing like drinking fountains and water features.
• Seasonal tasks: winterize and reactivate outdoors systems.
• Respond to emergencies: leaks, water shutoffs, flood mitigation.
• Document materials used and time spent for reports.
