Job summary

Santaquin City is seeking a Full-Time Public Works Maintenance/Journeyman Electrician. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement, repair and testing of energized electrical equipment and circuits.

This role also covers entry-level duties in the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of water, storm drain, sewer systems, and roads. A High School diploma and three years of journey-level electrician experience are required, along with Utah

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma and three years of journey-level electrician experience.
• Must be a Journeyman Electrician with Utah licensure.
• Must obtain Utah CDL-B within one year of hire.
• Must obtain Wastewater Treatment Grade IV certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE/JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN

Santaquin City is accepting applications for a Full-Time Public Works Maintenance/Journeyman Electrician. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, a variety of working level duties including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement, repair and testing of energized/electrical equipment and circuits. Also performs entry level duties pertaining to the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the water, storm drain, sewer systems, and roads. Position requires graduation from High School and three (3) years of related journey level electrician experience. Must be a Journeyman Electrician. Must be licensed in the State of Utah and obtain a Utah CDL-B within one (1) year of hire. Must obtain Wastewater Treatment Grade IV certification within two (2) years of hire. Pay range $30.29 to $43.81 depending on experience and qualifications. Position is eligible for benefits.
