Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Master’s level coursework; four years of civil engineering and land surveying experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain a Professional Engineer license in Kentucky within 4 years of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs assigned staff for on-site projects.
• Reviews and interprets state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provides technical direction for divisions, including traffic control and street construction design.
