Job summary

BGE, Inc is seeking entry-level civil engineering-oriented professionals for a mentorship-focused role in Austin, Texas. You will work on assigned projects, participate in career development events, and learn alongside experienced engineers within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, FE eligibility by graduation for engineering tracks, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline.
• For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by graduation.
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office.
