Cws Construction Group Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a qualified Construction Project Superintendent to manage and coordinate public works projects across San Joaquin County, dealing with owners, representatives, subcontractors, and architects.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in public works, supervises carpentry and labor crews, maintains detailed daily logs, and ensures safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in Public works.
• Experience supervising carpentry and laborer crews.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily logs.
• Ability to supervise, schedule, and inspect all phases and trades to ensure contractual compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Emphasize and ensure jobsite safety, while identifying and resolving hazards promptly.
• Proven ability to meet scheduling and budgetary requirements.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage/coordinate public works projects throughout the Bay Area, specifically in San Joaquin County.
• Represent the company on the job site and maintain positive relationships with owners, representatives, subcontractors and architects.
