Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager for its Mount Holly, NJ office. You will oversee municipal/public works construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality expectations are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–7+ years of PM experience in public-sector projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; PE preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3–7+ years of related construction/project management experience.
• Public-sector, municipal, infrastructure, or public works experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and project controls.
• Experience with Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• PE designation is preferred but not required.
• Experience with underground utilities, water/wastewater facilities, or building construction is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress and quality
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, clients, and internal project teams
• Track project costs, timelines, change orders, and deliverables
• Support permitting, inspections, construction administration, and project closeout
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety and construction requirements
