Job summary

Kitsap County's Public Works department seeks a County Road Engineer to lead engineering, operations and maintenance for public transportation facilities. The incumbent will oversee a team of professionals, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires a PE license or active comity, ten years of progressive experience, four years of senior management, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with Washington State CRAB Standards of Good Practice

  • Experience with WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines and WSDOT Standard Specifications for engineering and construction
