Qualifications

• Experience conducting economic, policy, and technical analyses for Lifeline programs.
• Ability to analyze federal and state universal service reforms and broadband pilots.
• Strong written communication for policy memos and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic, policy, and/or technical analyses and research to support the development of Lifeline policies, rules and guidelines.
• Prepare written resolutions, reports, or other correspondence on Lifeline issues and ensure compliance with policy changes.
• Lead presenting Broadband Pilot updates to stakeholders and coordinate reporting with providers.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and briefings to discuss Lifeline program status, funding, and policy matters.
• Review and analyze comments on Lifeline proceedings and respond to inquiries from applicants and agencies.
