Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Security Officer to patrol client sites in Vancouver, WA, protect people and assets, and respond to emergencies. You will monitor systems, control access, and uphold safety protocols.

The position offers $24.30/hour with a $1,000 hiring bonus, paid training, and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–1:30am, with weekly pay options available.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Above-average computer/tech skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
