Job summary

MV Transportation is hiring drivers in California to operate transit vehicles and deliver reliable public transportation. Candidates must be 21+, hold a CA driver's license, and pass pre-employment screenings, with CDL passenger endorsements preferred.

Training is provided, and PPE is supplied to support safety on the job. We value clear communication, responsible decision-making, and compassionate passenger assistance, including aiding riders with mobility devices and accessibility needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid California Driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
• A CDL with passenger Endorsement. Airbrake endorsement a plus.
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices.
• Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.
• Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
• Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.
• Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
