Position Overview

The Tax Manager will support the South Florida market by managing tax compliance and planning across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high‑net‑worth individuals. This role includes reviewing complex partnership returns, identifying tax issues and planning opportunities, leading tax staff and seniors, and building strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pass‑through entity structures and general corporate taxation.
• Understanding of partnership taxation, partnership equity investments, S‑Corporation tax returns, and individual taxation.
• Strong understanding of client businesses and industries.
