Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Orem is seeking a Custodian/Houseperson for a part-time evening shift (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 4pm–11pm). You will maintain clean public areas and assist housekeeping to ensure a welcoming hotel experience.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of all public areas, supporting team members, and responding promptly to guest needs. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required).
• Able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers.
• Able to speak English comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.
• Ensure guests and associates are satisfied with public area and exterior cleanliness.
• Ensure the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property.
• Perform daily cleaning of all public areas and back of house.
• Assist other team members or housekeeping operations as needed.
