• Clean and maintain public restrooms and public spaces, including fixtures and surfaces.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves in all public areas.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture; wash walls, ceilings and windows.
• Replenish supplies in the business center and other public areas.
• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist as needed.
• Address guest issues promptly and report maintenance problems through proper channels.
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness and organization.
• Document lost and found items appropriately.
