Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Public Space Housekeeping Supervisor for Saint Johns Resort to lead the housekeeping team responsible for public areas and guest spaces. The role requires at least 2 years in a leadership housekeeping position, strong communication, and time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a leadership housekeeping position.
• High school education required; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available for associates.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them consistently.
• Monitor inventory and replenish stock via joint orders with leadership.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Update room status and verify discrepancies during shifts.
• Open and close shift duties and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain hotel cleanliness including exteriors and entrances.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
