Peachtree Group in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of lobby, corridors, and guest areas, while delivering friendly service to our guests.

Responsibilities include guiding guests with directions or questions, mopping and restocking lobby restrooms, collecting trash, delivering towels and supplies, and vacuuming public areas. This is an on-site role with a strong team focus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide great customer service and answer guest questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public restrooms.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, recommendations, or answering questions.
• Ensure lobby restrooms are clean, mopped, dusted, restocked with paper and soap.
• Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuum and maintain public areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
