City of Waxahachie is seeking a Police Department Administrative Support position to assist across departments with reports, records management, and public counter services. Responsibilities include taking reports, entering data into CAD systems, clerical tasks, and supporting property/evidence custody in accordance with policy.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and may have prior duties related to police operations. Valid TX driver's license is required at appointment.

Under general supervision, provides support in a variety of capacities to all areas of the police department; and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work may be performed indoors, outdoors, in offices, buildings, and automobiles. Work hours may consistently require overtime, occasional holidays, and some weekends.
