Job summary

Google Public Sector in Reston, VA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead long-term capture efforts, documenting requirements and guiding technical strategies. You will oversee architecture, risk management, and documentation for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technology consulting or a similar in the federal government space.
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with the shipley capture process.
Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical response for Request for Proposals (RFP), owning and validating all technical requirements.
Design integrated architectures using Google Cloud products to meet complex client needs.
Identify product gaps and source third-party solutions to ensure 100% requirement fulfillment.
Build and document comprehensive technical designs and architectural diagrams.
Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams (including Sales Engineers, Principal Architects, etc.).
