ProSidian Seeks a Public Sector Systems Training Consultant | Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level I [MontCo0023022] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting a county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat.

Seeking Public Sector Systems Training Consultant candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level I Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as an Operations (Public Sector Systems Training Consultant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department. Generally Located In CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Design and deliver training programs for county staff on newly implemented BI tools and systems. Tailor educational materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct workshops, hands‑on labs, and develop training guides.
