Job summary

Criterion, a Cherokee Federal company, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow for a government client. The role emphasizes scalable, well-tested code and strong collaboration with analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, Salesforce certifications, and deep knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP). U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
Minimum of ten (10) years of general work experience.
Three (3) years of experience developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
Full-stack engineering experience, including three (3) years deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and applications, with best practices.
Proficiency in Apex and declarative tools such as Flow or OmniStudio.
Experience with AWS Connect APIs, the Salesforce CTI adapter, and Omnichannel configuration/API.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns such as REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with development projects using DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Use Flow to solve complex requirements and bridge to code when needed.
Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and standards.
Build LWC and Visualforce pages meeting business requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow.
Perform code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and trends; suggest improvements.
Provide mentorship to junior team members; foster knowledge sharing.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
