Job summary

MissionSquare in Greater Denver, CO seeks a candidate for on-site financial retirement consultation and education. Role involves one-on-one employer consultations, group presentations, and annual plan reviews to improve participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in financial services sales strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is helpful.
• Series 65 licensing required.
• Significant knowledge of retirement and investment products with emphasis on plans.
• Experience with IRAs, 401ks, 403b, 401a, or DB plans is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to market and service a geographically diverse client base.
• Direct sales experience desired with closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations on-site at employers, engaging participants and improving outcomes.
• Give group education presentations on a wide variety of financial and retirement topics.
• Host Annual Plan Reviews with key decision makers of employer sponsored retirement plans.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with plan level decision makers.
• Proactively schedule, organize and market daily activities and onsite client visits.
• Exceed all assigned production, activity, and service-related goals.
• Record all daily activity in contact management systems accurately.
• Identify and refer new group or individual business opportunities.
• Represent MissionSquare at benefit fairs and events to promote retirement security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
