Job summary

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP seeks an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Political Subdivisions practice in Ohio, primarily to support the Lebanon office. The role will represent municipalities and other public entities in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and related matters.

The successful candidate will have litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of attorney experience in political subdivisions or public sector law.
• Experience representing municipalities, townships, counties, school districts, and other public entities in complex disputes.
• Ability to serve as trusted advisor to local government clients.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and other contested matters.
• Collaborate with the Political Subdivisions and Education teams; participate on law director teams and attend client meetings (including evenings).
• Travel as needed to support practice across Ohio.
