Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the client Project Manager as required.
• Managing contract and budget ownership for direct contracts.
• Creating and coordinating the construction management related plans.
• Supporting the design process during early project phases.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Technical degree or certification (CCM, AIA, licensed GC)

Tools

Knowledge of MS Project

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
