Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer for our Public Sector IT team in Washington, DC. This role involves designing and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have deep IAM expertise and hands-on SaaS administration experience.

The position offers a base salary range of $171,200 – $214,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems, infrastructure, or engineering experience.
• Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and SDKs.
• Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Possession of an active Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer tech stack with platforms such as Okta and GCC High.
• Provide escalated assistance to IT Services and Support team.
• Partner with Security/Compliance on audit artifacts.
• Maintain Zero-Trust controls across GCC High/Azure Gov.
• Build Okta Workflows for automation of events.
