Job summary

PlanteMoran is offering an internship with a focus on public sector technology investments and enterprise solutions. You will work alongside entry-level staff on a variety of engagements with cities, counties, states, and districts, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and technology deployments.

Expect participation in process improvement, research, and client interactions, plus exposure to ERP/EAM/CIS/SIS projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, engineering, or related field.
Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
Information Technology (IT) and/or engineering knowledge/experience is a plus.
Experience utilizing AI tools and effective prompting techniques to support research, analysis, content development, and problem-solving is a plus.
Some experience with selecting and/or implementing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, EAM, CIS, SIS, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process assessment, improvement, and redesign.
Handling or creating projects (assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers, Partners, etc.).
Advanced technology research and assistance with thought leadership development.
Assist clients with selecting and/or implementing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, EAM, CIS, SIS, etc.).
Developing relationships with clients and participating in networking/business development activities.
Traveling to client sites to support vendor software demonstrations, stakeholder interviews, and implementation management efforts.
Engaging in firm professional development activities.
