Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience performing business analysis, business process improvement, requirements gathering, systems analysis, project coordination, or related functions.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, or validating requirements for technology solutions.
• Ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing, change management, training, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Department of Law business units and IT to ensure technology initiatives meet business objectives.
• Lead analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements, SaaS evaluation, and documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, training, and implementation readiness.
• Develop business cases, reports, and recommendations to improve departmental services.
