Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and processes personnel actions to execute salary and status changes, and related transactions.
  • Assists with recruitment processes, coordinates examinations and skills assessments, and provides support to HR Analysts and hiring managers.
  • Prepares and presents reports and updates data in various formats.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all work-related matters and personnel records.
  • In-processes newly-hired employees and delivers orientation on policies and procedures.
  • Performs technical and administrative functions to ensure compliance with laws and city policies.
  • Responds to information requests, greets visitors, and provides technical information within scope of authority.
  • Provides and delivers training regarding policies and programs; assists with special projects.
