Qualifications

• 3+ years building data workflows and reporting infrastructure.
• Government or community organizing experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, GIS, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Experience with dbt, Dagster, DLT, Docker, and Git/GitHub.
• Familiar with platforms like NGP VAN, Salesforce, Hustle, Mobilize, Reach.
• Experience in secure enterprise networks and TLS/SSL management.
• Experience with AWS data stack: EC2, Redshift, S3, IAM, Lambda.
• Entity resolution and probabilistic methods (e.g., Splink).
• Strong public service orientation and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data workflows across AWS Redshift, Salesforce, NGP VAN, Airtable.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement them with teammates.
• Build data lake to provide standardized, up-to-date data for analysis.
• Support analysts with reports and visualizations to communicate impact.
• Collaborate with agencies to adopt new tech and share data.
