Qualifications

• 4-year degree and CPA certification are required.
• Eight or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, mentoring and coaching associates.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to public sector clients.
• Develop and implement testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and gathered information.
• Lead client engagement staffing, billing/collections, and ensure profitability targets are met.
