Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a Security Officer for the Night shift to help maintain a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will perform electronic surveillance, conduct regular rounds, and coordinate incident response with the Environment of Care team.

Frontline responsibilities include enforcing policies, continuing education, and driving as needed for company business. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare security or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Pay Transparency

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.12 to $26.25. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
