Qualifications

• One to three years of public relations and strategic communications experience.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling messages.
• Strong writing skills and media relations experience.
• Interest in public policy issues related to the internet and tech.
• Team-first, collaborative mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of integrated campaigns and manage client relationships.
• Build knowledge of client businesses and anticipate opportunities and threats.
• Develop relationships with national media across print, broadcast, online.
• Craft strategic messaging including press releases, fact sheets and content.
• Use data, analytics, and digital tools to measure coverage and results.
• Lead internal and external brand advocacy and contribute to client teams.
