Job summary

S&Co is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead key client accounts and manage and develop junior team members. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on PR leader with strong media instincts, excellent writing skills, and proven people‑management experience.

The Account Supervisor will serve as a primary client contact, oversee day‑to‑day account execution, and collaborate closely with Account Directors to translate strategy into impactful earned media and influencer results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute communications strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead day‑to‑day management of key accounts, overseeing all ongoing PR activity, client communication, PR budget, and team execution.
• Develop press materials, including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and briefs, and thought leadership content.
• Proactively pursue timely press opportunities, securing top‑tier coverage across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and social media.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, including media strategy, partnerships, and creative activations; ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations and influencer relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members and interns, providing guidance on execution and professional growth.
